Makkah’s Maad Hotel Towers is a unique housing complex consisting of a group of towers with more than 10,000 units including hotel rooms, serviced and non-serviced apartments and other accommodation of various sizes. On completion, the project will have the capacity to accommodate more than 45,000 guests in total. The project covers an area of 48,260 square meters, located just 1.3 km from the Holy Mosque. Each individual tower consists of 29 floors for guests, in addition to floors for utilities including restaurants, banqueting halls, prayer areas, and other services.
