One of Dallah Albaraka's oldest business units of the Dallah Al Baraka Group, Dallah Group Holding Company was founded to implement the projects of public services including construction of water and sewage plants, maintenance and operation of hospitals and electromechanical facilities. It manages Dallah Establishment, which was assigned the contracts of cleaning and maintenance projects of Makkah and Madina, Dallah Trans Arabia which has recently signed with the Municipality of Al Ain, UAE contracts for providing cleaning, maintenance and environmental services. And Dallah Company for the Development of Human skills, Food Services Co. and Driving Schools. The company has also some foreign investments in Egypt and Lebanon.

Dallah Real Estate & Tourism Development Company
One of the largest Middle East companies in the field of real estate development and tourism, it is widely acknowledged to have contributed to the revitalization of local and regional tourism. Among its many projects are Durrat Al- Aroos, north of the city of Jeddah, and the Prince Fawaz housing project in the city itself, which is the considered the largest development ever executed by the private sector. Affiliated companies include, Dallah for Hotels and Tourist Resorts, and the Saudi Company for Real Estate Maintenance.

Dallah Health Services Company
Investments include production of medical supplies and the operation of healthcare facilities, in the Dallah Hospital, Riyadh, Aston Hospital, Dammam, Dallah Poly Clinic, Jeddah and the Al Tawfeeq Hospital in Tunisia, while playing a leading role in the manufacture and distribution of herbal medicines. Another prominent activity is "Dalah Pharma" which, in cooperation with a group of international companies, including South African (B- Tabs, (Ethno Farm) of Canada, (Herbadal) of America (Borner)of German, (Bourne) of France and (Biossidas) of Argentina, specializes in pharmaceutical products

Al-Jazeera Transport Company
Responsible for an extensive network of land transportation across the Kingdom. Widely known for high quality services provided to pilgrims visiting Mecca and Medina, with over a thousand buses fitted with the latest equipment for safety and comfort. In addition, transport services for both refrigerated and dry materials, are provided using more than 350 trailers. The company’s foreign investments include the Sham Company for Sea Transport, Syria.

Al Samaha Holding Company
The company occupies a unique position in the marketplace by focusing on various international business activities. Investments in the Kingdom include Dallah Trading Co. (the sole agent for Trane Air Conditioning systems), Dareen Travel and Tourism, and Dhahran Fairs Company for Industrial Exports. Dallah Communications Company
The company participated in the provision of communication technologies to the Middle East and worldwide through developing communication services and infrastructure to transmit new communication technologies. Major projects executed by the company include Fiber-optic Link around the Globe (FLAG), and the Lebanon Communications Project.

Dallah Industrial Investment Company
Set up to establish, manage and invest in new industrial companies. The business activities extend worldwide from Saudi Arabia. Local industrial investments include a food manufacturing company (Ulker) in Jeddah, and a traffic signals factory in Dammam.
